Everything from the coffee cups to the takeout boxes is compostable or from recycled material. We want a visit to Ellie Mae’s to be something you can feel good about! Bakery Gluten free, vegan baked goods made from mostly organic and always non GMO ingredients. Nothing artificial, ever. Food colors and flavors that come from nature! Free from artificial color or preservatives, made with non gmo(and mostly organic!) ingredients. Almost the entire range of bakery is vegan, and the few things that aren’t can be by request. We try our best to shop local, organic and sustainable. Our sugar isn’t white, or finely ground - it is organic, raw and has a beautiful flavor. Our frostings aren’t neon, but they are colored entirely by the natural spices and fruits that enhance their flavor. Restaurant orders Order online for pickup or delivery. We make orders as soon as they are received, if you need them at a later time please make sure to leave a note at checkout.
